To step forward, sometimes you have to step back
If you are setting goals this year and want to be successful, be prepared for some self sabotage.
I don’t track resolutions. I track progress.
For a goal to actually be accomplished, it needs to be more than just an idea. You need certain things in place for you to be successful.
