  • This technique will help you to clear emotional blocks with the power of scent + intention. I’ve been using this science backed technique for almost a decade to help others to rewire their brain and process through difficult emotions. Essential oils are powerful at engaging your brain’s emotional centers and gently releasing what’s been holding you back. Check the Facebook group for my recommendations on oils to use.

  • Tapping is a blend of acupressure and psychology that’s been shown to lower cortisol, reduce anxiety, and help rewire the brain’s stress responses. You’ll learn how to use it to calm your system, release stuck emotions, and support your healing process in a grounded, safe way.

  • With over 20+ years experience as a bodyworker, I’ve learned so many beneficial visualizations and somatic experiencing techniques that I will be sharing with you. And since they’ll be saved on this site you’ll be able to come back to them whenever you need to.

Aroma Freedom Technique
Group Coaching Sessions

One of the modalities we'll be utilizing often in this membership is a process called Aroma Freedom Technique. This is a powerful protocol that helps you to rewire your brain and process through stuck emotions or limiting beliefs.

Healing the nervous system means rewiring the subconscious, and it's not something you can simply talk yourself through.

Often times there's a disconnect between our emotional brain (limbic system) and our logical brain (prefrontal cortex), which is why it can be so difficult to unlearn the stories we tell ourselves.

Aroma Freedom Technique helps you to find new pathways by using a specific protocol where we identify your thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and memory .. and then use essential oils to create new pathways.

It's incredibly effective but also gentle, calming, and doesn't require hashing out difficult emotions, thoughts, or memories.

What you’ll need for AFT Group Coaching Sessions:

  1. Essential Oils: You can use most any brand, you just want to make sure it is 100% Pure essential oils. No synthetics or anything else added. Some trusted brands I use:

    Young Living
    DoTerra
    Far + Wild
    Plant Therapy
    Rocky Mountain Oils

    The oils you will need:

    Minimum: Lavender and Lemon (You need at least one calming scent and one invigorating one.)

    Optional calming scents: Frankincense, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, or any stress or calming blend.

    Optional Invigorating Scents: Peppermint, Cypress, Juniper, Orange, Rosemary, Palo Santo, or any energy blend.

    Each oil affects you differently, it's nice to have options for each round, but not necessary.

  2. Notepad: We'll be doing this as group on zoom but you won't need to share anything or even turn your camera on unless you want to, but you'll need to write down your goal for the session and take notes as you go.

  3. A quiet space. Turn off distractions and give yourself this time to fully engage.

  4. An open mind + willingness to be kind to yourself
