It depends! I recommend watching one video each day and then spending time with the provided worksheet. If you feel like you can do more than that then go for it! Or maybe you want to watch all the videos through in one sitting, and then go back and watch each one again and do the worksheets. It’s totally up to you!

But it IS exactly what I did to drastically change my life and change my nervous system responses.
I spent years helping other people relax and dive deeper into their Parasympathetic Nervous System as a Massage Therapist, and it’s something I’ve always been really good at. But I couldn’t do it for myself. I was having panic attacks, constant anxious thoughts, so many physical symptoms that made my every day so uncomfortable and unpredictable.
I was stuck surviving, and I wasn’t even aware of it. It was just my normal.
But now that I’m on the other side of it, it’s like seeing color for the first time. I’m not “healed.” Nervous system regulation isn’t a one and done thing. It’s just like being healthy and is something you continuously work at. But just like getting healthy means changing up your habits and then continuing them, regulating your nervous system means implementing new ways of thinking and existing. It’s not easy, but it can be simple.
We live in a very stressful world. We should have learned to regulate from our parents but so many of us had parents that were dysregulated and so they couldn’t teach us.
But the good news is that you can learn it now. It’s never too late. The mind is very changeable! It just takes effort and intention. You CAN change. You just have to take that first step.
